Job description: We are seeking a Senior Architect cum Project Manager with 3–5 years of professional experience in high-end residential and commercial design. The role demands a balance of creative architectural design, technical detailing, and hands-on project management, ensuring timely delivery of turnkey projects while maintaining the firm’s standards of luxury, functionality, and precision. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning Lead concept development, schematic design, and detailed working drawings for premium residential and commercial projects. Prepare and review architectural drawings, mood boards, 3D renders, and design presentations. Ensure design intent aligns with client requirements, project budget, and functional needs. Coordinate with the interior design team for material selection, finishes, and detailing. Project Management Act as the single point of contact for clients, consultants, and site teams during project execution. Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. Conduct regular site visits to oversee quality, progress, and adherence to design specifications. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage approvals, statutory compliance, and consultant coordination (structural, MEP, etc.).
