Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior AR Caller located in Chennai. The Senior AR Caller is responsible for making outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve unpaid claims. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring AR, following up on outstanding claims, appealing denials, and ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments. The role requires the ability to handle complex accounts and interact effectively with insurance companies and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Accounts Receivables, Denial Management, and Medical Billing
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management and HIPAA regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using AR software and tools for tracking and follow-ups
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle high-volume accounts
• Relevant certifications in Medical Billing or AR management are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration or related field
