Senior AR Associate - Medical Billing

Position: Sr. Accounts Receivable / Medical Billing (RCM Process) / Claims Adjustment & Denails
Shift: Night Shift (US Healthcare Process)
Work Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Fixed Weekly Offs
Transport: Centralized Pick-up / Home Drop (Night Shifts Only)

Grace Staffing Services partners with leading US healthcare providers to deliver end-to-end Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions.
We are expanding our team and seeking skilled professionals in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Posting for our growing healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Posting transactions.
• Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims and denials.
• Apply and reconcile payments accurately with claims and EOBs.
• Work across all stages of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
• Maintain detailed and accurate billing and payment records.
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare billing standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in AR / Cash Posting / RCM (Medical Billing).
• Experience in a BPO/KPO healthcare process is mandatory.
• Good understanding of US healthcare billing, CPT/ICD codes, and EOBs.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working night shifts (US hours).

Note Candidate Must Have Experience into International KPO/BPO and should be comfortable to work into Voice Process.
