Application Engineering, Investigation of incidents, change request (Small Enhancement), Application development for performance improvement, Emergency fixes and permanent solution for issues reported.

Roles and responsibilities details

• Participate in the handling of incidents with the aim of their resolution.
• Participate in supporting the RUN L2/L3 team and resolving production-related incidents/problems.
• Debug and troubleshoot Java based applications and resolve technical issues.
• Analyze and resolve complex production issues, identifying root causes with implementation support.
• Participate in the analysis of incidents by the RUN IT team and recommend actions to be implemented based on the reported incident.
• Participate in implementing the necessary developments to resolve the incident.
• Assist in developing small enhancements and features for existing applications.
• Participate in carrying out unit tests and write the documentation corresponding to the modifications made before going into Production
