Job Description

- Work with clientson implementations of the financial ERP or HRMS application, for example to:Define and document client requirements, Draft and agree project plans and feequotes, Manage and provide professional services for implementation of the softwareas required during the entire project lifecycle from scoping the clientsrequirements, reconciling returns and other filings, reportcustomizations, through to rolling out the solution to end users andproviding post-implementation support, Provide training for users of thesoftware and develop training materials

- Provide input into the sales process

-providing inputs and preparing of RFP s or Bid proposals

- Maintain regular communication with implementation manager and product teamsto discuss support issues and feature requests.

Independentlyhandling Accounts and also managing a Team

- Reporting onProject

Responsibility forothers (direct/indirect):

- Direct reports, however there is likely to bea requirement to review others work and provide feedback.
