About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced HCM Benefits Functional Consultant to join our team for upcoming implementation projects in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience working specifically with the Benefits module, as both projects are implementation-focused not only support. Key Details Project Duration: one year s Language: Arabic speaker preferred but not required. Responsibilities Lead and execute end-to-end implementation of the HCM Benefits module. Work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the module accordingly. Support testing cycles (UAT, SIT) and deliver training as needed. Provide expert guidance on best practices for Benefits implementation. Requirements Proven experience in HCM Benefits module implementation (this is essential). Strong understanding of Benefits processes, configuration, and integrations. Ability to manage client communication and deliver functional documentation
