Senior Android Developer

Job Title: Android Developer (Kotlin/Java, MVVM)

Location: Ahmedabad (Preferred – Immediate Joiners)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer with strong expertise in Kotlin, Java, and MVVM architecture. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable, high-performance mobile applications and will play a key role in the entire app lifecycle – from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Implement and maintain MVVM architecture for scalable and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with APIs, third-party libraries, and RESTful services.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Debug and fix issues, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest Android trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Android app development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• In-depth knowledge of MVVM architecture, Android SDK, Jetpack components.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Retrofit, Room Database, and Firebase.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Coroutines, Dagger/Hilt, RxJava.
• Published apps on Google Play Store.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
