Senior Analyst - Transaction Operations - 4+ Years - Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore

Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day operations in banking administration, insurance operations, or contract management with a focus on global exposure.
2. Handle complex financial or insurance transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
3. Draft, review, execute, and maintain contracts or agreements, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
4. Implement process improvements, standardize operations, and enhance reporting for better efficiency and transparency.
5. Provide support and guidance to junior team members while maintaining high-quality client service and prompt resolution of issues.

Requirements

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in banking administration, insurance operations, or contract management with global exposure.
2. Finance graduates preferred; candidates with any graduate degree will also be considered.
3. Strong understanding of complex financial/insurance transactions, trust or collateral processes, and regulatory compliance.
4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
5. Detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
