Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Analyst/Team Lead to lead our Sourcing and Contract Services team in Bangalore/Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, source-to-contract, contract finalization, and supplier engagement. The role will involve developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring seamless contract finalization.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet business objectives
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals
Finalize contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Engage with suppliers to build strong relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify areas for improvement
Lead and manage a team of sourcing analysts to achieve business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements

5-15 years of experience in sourcing, source-to-contract, and contract finalization
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier engagement, and negotiations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance
Leadership skills to manage a team of sourcing analysts
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
