Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Analyst in Sales Enablement & Business Transformation, your role involves understanding the end-to-end quote to cash lifecycle and opportunity management. You will analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements, work with technical teams to drive systems development, and serve as a process Subject Matter Expert (SME) collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders for successful implementation of business transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities also include using innovative problem-solving techniques, monitoring process KPIs, and driving continuous efficiency improvements through system enhancements, automation, or process changes. Key Responsibilities: - Understand end to end quote to cash lifecycle and opportunity management - Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements - Liaise with Technical teams for systems development and enhancement - Serve as process SME and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders for successful implementation - Use innovative techniques for problem solving, develop process controls, and mitigate risks - Monitor process KPIs and drive continuous efficiency improvements using system enhancements, tactical automation, or process changes Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of relevant professional experience with suitable educational qualifications - Strong understanding of Sales/Revenue Operations, preferably in B2B services organizations with exposure to sales pipeline and revenue management tools (e.g. Salesforce, CPQ) - Experience in designing digital journeys and implementing them in broader organizations, preferably in B2B services organizations - Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills with proven experience in working on multiple initiatives - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high proficiency in using MS Office tools, exposure to process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio), and data visualization tools is a plus - Proven ability to solve unstructured problems using first principles thinking and structured problem-solving approaches - Curiosity to understand business drivers, systems, and operational nuances, and a passion for solving complex business problems using data, technology, and process innovation - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and collaborative mindset Please note that this role is not focused on growing technical Data Science/Analytics competencies.,
