Senior Analyst

A senior individual contributor role focused on predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and machine learning to improve the airline s website and mobile app experience. The role requires strong expertise in Python, SQL, Power BI, and the ability to work with large-scale digital data to drive insights, optimize digital journeys, and support experimentation

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Identify and prioritize predictive/anomaly detection use cases across digital channels.



• 
  

  Analyze large digital datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and customer experience insights.



• 
  

  Build, deploy, and monitor ML models to improve conversion, engagement, and issue prevention.



• 
  

  Develop Power BI dashboards and automated analytical solutions.



• 
  

  Support A/B testing and experimentation with statistical rigor.



• 
  

  Mentor junior analysts in modeling and.



• 
  

  Collaborate with cloud/teams using AWS Redshift and Databricks.

Required Qualifications:

• 
  

  Bachelors in a quantitative field (CS, Stats, Math, Engineering, etc.).



• 
  

  6 8 years experience in dvanced analytics.



• 
  

  Strong Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, statsmodels) and advanced SQL skills.



• 
  

  Experience in feature engineering, statistical modeling, and production-ready ML.



• 
  

  Skilled in Power BI/Tableau and understanding of full p>



• 
  

  Strong communication and ability to explain insights to non-technical teams.

Preferred:

• 
  

  Master s degree in a quantitative field.



• 
  

  Aviation/travel industry experience.



• 
  

  Experience in anomaly detection, imbalanced classification, time-series forecasting.

  Cloud experience (AWS, Databricks).

  Experience designing A/B/n experiments and causal inference.
