Job Description

As a Principal Partner Alliances Marketing Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be a highly skilled subject matter expert responsible for managing and optimizing marketing efforts related to partnerships and alliances. You will play a crucial role in collaborating with partner companies to create joint marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth. Key responsibilities: - Collaborate with partner companies to develop joint marketing strategies and plans aligning with both the organization's and partner company's goals. - Plan and execute the Alliances Partner Annual and/or multi-year strategic marketing plans supporting business development agreements. - Coordinate and execute joint marketing campaigns and demand generation activities leveraging the strengths of both the company and its partners. - Create compelling marketing content such as collateral, whitepapers, webinars, and presentations that showcase the joint value proposition. - Organize and participate in joint events, seminars, workshops, and webinars highlighting the partnering entities' combined capabilities. - Develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition by leveraging partner companies' customer base. - Share marketing data and insights with partners, analyze campaign performance, and refine strategies. - Manage marketing collateral, materials, and resources communicating the value of the partnership to internal and external stakeholders. - Utilize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to manage joint marketing efforts, track engagement, and measure ROI. - Enhance brand visibility through joint marketing efforts that highlight the strengths of the organization and partner companies. - Ensure alignment of partnership initiatives with broader business strategies by collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams. To thrive in this role, you need to have: - Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. - Proficiency in marketing disciplines, including campaign planning, content creation, and lead generation. - Effective project management skills to coordinate and execute joint marketing initiatives within timelines and budgets. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate partnership value propositions and convey marketing messages. - Ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the success of joint initiatives and optimize strategies. - Capability to negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms beneficial for all parties. - Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across different departments. - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. - Understanding of the IT services industry, market trends, and customer needs. - Creative thinking to develop innovative joint marketing campaigns. - Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Academic qualifications and certifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in partner management, marketing automation platforms, or related areas are desirable. Required experience: - Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, alliance management, or partner marketing. - Experience in managing or collaborating with partners in the IT services or technology sector. - Experience in planning, executing, and measuring joint marketing campaigns. - Experience in managing partnership value propositions collateral. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
