Job Description

Design, implement, and maintain components of a Generative AI-powered chatbot testing application .
Develop and optimize Python-based APIs and services using Django or Flask.
Collaborate with team members to design system architecture covering NLU, NLG, and dialogue management .
Integrate and experiment with LLMs and other AI/ML models to improve testing accuracy, coverage, and intelligence.
Ensure the performance, scalability, and robustness of backend systems through testing and optimization.
Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into well-engineered features.
Contribute to discussions around technical design, code reviews, and continuous improvement .
Research emerging trends in Generative AI, NLP, and chatbot development , and apply relevant findings to enhance product capabilities.
