About the Role

AI/ML Architect

Core Competencies Required

• 1014 years in software architecture, with 56 years in AI/ML or data platform roles.
• 56 years in enterprise AI or large-scale data product management, with recent delivery experience.
• Strong grasp of classical ML, Transformers, embeddings, and GenAI architectures.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude), RAG pipelines, and agentic frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain).
• Expertise in data modeling, schema design, and managing batch/streaming ingestion pipelines.
• Ability to interpret and act on model performance metrics (accuracy, latency, drift, ROI).
• Proven experience balancing performance, governance, and scalability in cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Chroma), personalization engines, and real-time streaming platforms (Kafka, Flink).
• Experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, DVC) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Exposure to value realization frameworks and revenue impact analysis for AI products.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to simplify complex AI concepts for business stakeholders.
• Effective cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and prioritization skills.
• Empathy for end users with a focus on trust, explainability, and adoption.
• Ability to balance technical trade-offs with business outcomes and drive measurable ROI.
