Roles and Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:

  Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.

• Architecture Design:

  Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure software architectures.

• Technical Delivery:

  Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and project timelines.

• Proposal Drafting:

  Develop comprehensive technical proposals and documentation for clients and stakeholders.

• Client and Stakeholder Management:

  Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.

• Team Management:

  Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, managing performance and professional development.

• Innovation:

  Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and drive innovation within the team.

• Problem Solving:

  Address technical challenges and provide effective solutions promptly.

Technical Skills:

• Programming Languages:

  Proficiency in

  Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and full-stack development.

• Front-End Technologies:

  Experience with

  HTML, CSS, React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Back-End Technologies:

  Strong knowledge of

  Node.js, Express.js, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.

• Cloud Technologies:

  Experience with cloud platforms such as

  AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Frameworks and Tools:

  Spring, Hibernate, and tools like Docker, Kubernetes.

• Database Management:

  Experience with

  SQL and NoSQL databases.

• DevOps:

  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and automated testing.

• Software Development:

  Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

• Security:

  Knowledge of best practices in software security and data protection.
