Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, messaging technologies like Kafka, and hands-on experience in architectural design and best practices. Exposure to cloud platforms will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade applications.
• Create high-level and low-level technical designs, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Define coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical direction to development teams across the SDLC.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure implementation aligns with architecture.
• Mentor engineers and ensure adherence to technical excellence.

Development & Integration

• Lead development for core modules using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
• Integrate distributed systems using messaging platforms such as Kafka.
• Work with DevOps and cloud teams to enable CI/CD and cloud-native deployments.

Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–15 years of total experience in software development and architecture.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
• Experience with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms.
• Solid knowledge of architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture, DDD).
• Experience with any cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of scalability, performance tuning, and distributed systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to API gateways, security frameworks, and DevOps tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
