Job Description

Job Summary

We are building a cloud-native platform similar to AWS, enabling multiple teams to independently develop, deploy, and manage services with high availability, automation, and security . As a Technical Architect , you will design, implement, and guide the architecture of this scalable, multi-cloud platform while ensuring modular, self-service capabilities .

Key Responsibilities:

Architect & Design: Develop a modular, cloud-agnostic architecture for scalable services.
Cloud & Infrastructure: Design multi-region Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, Helm-based deployments .
CI/CD & Automation: Implement GitOps-driven CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Terraform.
Security & Compliance: Define IAM, secrets management, and security policies .
Service Discovery & API Gateway: Architect API Gateway, service registry, and developer portal .
Performance & Reliability: Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery strategies.
Technical Leadership: Mentor teams, establish best practices, and drive architectural decisions.

Required Skills:

Cloud & Kubernetes: AWS, Azure, Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE)
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Helm, CloudFormation
Microservices & APIs: Spring Boot, GraphQL, API Gateway
CI/CD & DevOps: Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitOps, Docker, GitHub Actions
Security & Compliance: IAM, OAuth, Secrets Management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager)
Observability & Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry
Databases & Storage: MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis, S3
Automation & Scripting: Python, Bash, Go

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in building AWS-like self-service platforms
Expertise in designing multi-cloud, highly available architectures
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes operators, service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
Familiarity with Chaos Engineering for resilience testing
Excellent problem-solving & leadership skills
