Position : Senior AI/ML Engineer (Only Immediate Joiner)

Education : BE / M.Tech

Job Type : On Role (Full Time)

Shift : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (5 days working)

Senior AI/ML Engineer

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business workflows into AI automations, lead feature delivery and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI/ML solutions using classical ML, deep learning and Generative AI.
• Build LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents and vector DB integrations.
• Implement NLP/OCR pipelines for extracting information from emails, documents, calls etc.
• Architect scalable AI workflows and automation on cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Develop APIs, data pipelines and CI/CD workflows for ML model deployment.
• Evaluate new AI tools/techniques and integrate them into existing systems.
• Mentor junior team members and support pilots, demos & documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming (NumPy, Pandas)
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks PyTorch / TensorFlow / HuggingFace / LangChain
• LLM fine-tuning & chatbot development
• RAG, embeddings, vector databases (FAISS / Pinecone / Chroma etc.)
• NLP & OCR pipeline development
• MLOps CI/CD, model deployment & monitoring
• Cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Good to Have

• CRM/ERP integrations (SAP / Zoho / Salesforce)
• Conversational AI frameworks (Rasa / Dialogflow)
• RPA automation exposure (UiPath / Blue Prism)
• SSO integrations (Google Workspace / Okta / Azure AD)
