Job Description

AI/ML Development

Design, develop, and fine-tune
machine learning and deep learning models
for
video, image and voice
analysis.
Work on
real-time inference pipelines
for multimodal AI systems (face/voice/behavior detection, event classification, etc.).
Evaluate, benchmark, and optimize models for
accuracy, latency, and efficiency
across edge and cloud environments.

MLOps & Automation

Own the
end-to-end ML lifecycle
: data ingestion, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
Build and manage
MLOps pipelines
using modern frameworks (e.g.,
Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, or similar
).
Leverage AI for
automated workflows
enabling intelligent decision-making, scalable model retraining, and continuous improvement.

System Integration

Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to
integrate ML models
into
Django-based web applications and Mobile applications
.
Ensure smooth
model serving
, versioning, and scalability within the product ecosystem.
Contribute to
API design and architecture reviews
to enhance system reliability and performance.

Research & Innovation

Stay updated on latest AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Whisper, CLIP, etc.).
Prototype and evaluate
state-of-the-art models
for practical deployment in proctoring and remote assessment scenarios.
