Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are actively searching for a talented and experienced Machine Learning (ML) Engineer to join our team

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence products.

Your responsibilities will involve designing and constructing sophisticated machine learning models, as well as refining and updating existing systems.

You should be highly skilled in statistics and programming, with the ability to confidently assess, analyze, and organize large amounts of data

Your ultimate objective will be to create highly efficient self-learning applications that can adapt and evolve over time, pushing the boundaries of AI technology.

Key Skills

Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role

Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture

Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms

Ability to write robust code in Python, Java and R

Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch / TensorFlow) and libraries (like scikit-learn)

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a team

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

Position Summary

As a Senior Python Developer, you will be a key contributor to our product development team with a focus on enhancing our software quality. Your role will involve close collaboration with our software development team to understand the requirements and ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality. Primary Responsibilities

Coordinating with development teams to determine application requirements.

Use machine learning and analytical techniques to build prediction models for document intelligence solutions

Writing scalable code using Python programming language.

Provide collaborative leadership to build out the AI function, MLEs, MLOps and Data Engineering

Define best AI/ML driven practices and AI lifecycle

Oversee model training and optimization

Machine Learning pipelines and solutions with an emphasis on Performance, Scalability, Reliability, and Maintainability.

Typical Experience & Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.

8+ years of experience as a Python developer with AI/ML.

Ability to integrate multiple data sources into a single system.

Familiarity with testing tools.

Design and develop solutions using Machine Learning (ML) Techniques.

Ability to collaborate on projects and work independently when required.

Expertise in big data infrastructure, distributed systems, data modeling, query processing, and relational.

Involved in the design of big data solutions with Spark / HDFS / MapReduce/ Storm /Hive.

Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

Understands how to apply technologies to solve big data problems and to develop innovative big data solutions.

Excellent verbal and written English skills
