Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer (6+ years) to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade AI systems. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Multi-Agent Systems, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and advanced LLM-based architectures.

This role focuses on developing production-ready AI solutions, optimizing models for performance and efficiency, and integrating AI into enterprise ecosystems. The candidate will also work closely with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers to support the long-term AI roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and scale multi-agent and RAG-based AI systems using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Implement retrieval pipelines, embeddings, and knowledge integration workflows for enterprise applications.
• Develop and deploy API-driven AI solutions integrated with databases, microservices, and front-end applications.
• Optimize model latency, accuracy, cloud cost, and overall system performance.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and strategy teams to convert real-world problems into scalable AI solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to long-term AI architecture & roadmap planning.

Skills & Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering with production deployments.

Technical Skills

• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python.
• Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, and modern LLM frameworks.
• Vector Databases: Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or similar.
• Expertise In:

Embeddings & retrieval optimization

LLM architectures

Multi-agent frameworks (Autogen, CrewAI, LangGraph)

• LLM Skills: Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
