About Us

Robotex India is a not-for-profit initiative dedicated to democratising STEM, Robotics, AI, and Future Skills education for students from underprivileged and government school backgrounds. As the national chapter of Robotex International (Estonia), we equip students with globally relevant skills through hands-on learning, national championships, and international exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive and hands-on training sessions on

  Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and Design Thinking

  for students from grades 6 to 12.
• Implement and adapt Robotex India’s structured curriculum based on NEP 2020, aligned with global standards.
• Mentor students and prepare selected teams for

  state-level hackathons

  ,

  Robotex India National Championship

  nternational competitions

  (e.g., Robotex International – Estonia).
• Conduct

  teacher training workshops

  , supporting capacity-building initiatives in partnership with NCERT, SCERT, and CSR partners.
• Lead

  robotics summer camps

  , special bootcamps, and skill-building programs in Delhi schools and outreach locations.
• Maintain lesson plans, student assessments, training records, and reporting dashboards.
• Support the setup and maintenance of AI & Robotics Labs (hardware/software troubleshooting, inventory).
• Liaise with local school authorities and project coordinators to ensure timely delivery and impact.
• Participate in regular review meetings, field visits, and cross-functional training.
  

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Engineering (ECE, CSE, Mechatronics)

• 3–7 years of teaching/training experience in STEM, Robotics, or EdTech domains.
• Strong technical proficiency in:
• Arduino, Micro:bit, Raspberry Pi
• Programming (Scratch, Python, Blockly, C++)
• Basic AI/ML and IoT integrations
• Hands-on experience with robotics kits (e.g., LEGO EV3, Makeblock, DIY kits).
• Knowledge of educational pedagogy and classroom management, especially in low-resource settings.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills in

  English and Hindi

• Passion for education, social impact, and empowering underserved communities.
  

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience working with government or low-income schools.
• Exposure to CBSE/NEP 2020-aligned Robotics AI curriculum or Atal Tinkering Labs.
• Familiarity with national competitions (e.g., ATL Marathon, National Science Fair).
• Experience facilitating CSR-funded skilling or STEM outreach programs.
• Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for training and monitoring.
