Job Description

As a Senior Agile Business Analyst at 7EDGE, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects with clarity, alignment, and impact by leading complex projects and guiding internal teams and customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading requirements gathering with internal teams and customers, creating story maps for large initiatives, and defining detailed business rules. - Guiding team members by reviewing their analysis work for clarity and quality, providing practical feedback, and leading knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen business analysis practices. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field. - Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments. - Strong expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, user stories, and backlog management. - Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro/FigJam, and Google Sheets/Slides. - Proven ability to manage stakeholder communication (internal and external) and ensure alignment. - Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) with active participation in ceremonies. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills. 7EDGE is a Digital Product Engineering Company based in Bengaluru, India, specializing in crafting modern applications with cloud-native services.
