Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Agency Manager/Agency Manager located in Cuttack. The Senior Agency Manager/Agency Manager will be responsible for managing agency operations, developing strategies for agent recruitment and retention, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves mentoring and training agents, conducting performance evaluations, and collaborating with the sales team to meet business targets.
