The ideal candidate must have hands-on exposure to AEM implementation and at least 2 successful end-to-end AEM projects.Key Responsibilities• Define and maintain product vision and roadmap• Lead requirement gathering, user stories, and sprint planning• Work with AEM architects, UX, development and QA teams• Conduct demo sessions, UAT coordination, and releases• Translate business objectives into KPIs and outcomesMandatory Requirements• 6–9 years experience• At least 2 end-to-end AEM project deliveries• Agile/Scrum exposure• Strong authoring knowledge in AEMTechnical Skills• CMS and digital lifecycle understanding• Knowledge of AEM Sites, Assets, workflows, tagging, multi-site• Familiarity with Adobe Target/Analytics preferredSoft Skills• Strong stakeholder management• Excellent communication• Analytical thinking and prioritizationNice to Have• AEM Business Practitioner/PO certificationLocation & Work ArrangementHybrid (onsite presence as required)
