We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Recruitment Partner who thrives in a fast paced environment and has a proven track record in technology hiring. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, product and technology leaders to attract, source and hire top tire talent for a variety of technical roles, from software engineering and architects to cloud specialists and data science.
This role requires deep expertise in tech recruitment, strong stakeholder management and a passion for identifying and securing exceptional talent in competitive markets.
Key Deliverables (Duties and Responsibilities)
End to End Recruitment:

Expertise in the full lifecycle of hiring, ideally across multiple domains such as Technology, Cyber, Product, Risk Management etc.

Proven success in hiring for Niche and competitive markets.
Sourcing Mastery:

Proficiency in advance sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, talent mapping and leveraging GitHub, Stack Overflow and other platforms.
Stakeholder Management

Strong Collaboration Skills to partner with technical hiring managers and HR teams.

Ability to advise on market trends, salary benchmarks and best practices for hiring top tech talent.
Data Driven Approach
Technology Tools

Experience working with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday, Taleo, Successfactor etc).

Familiarity with HR analytics software.
Process Improvement

Drive process improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce hiring turn around time, and improve candidate experience

Implement data driven recruitment strategies leveraging automation, analytics, and AI powered sourcing techniques

Identify and eliminate bottle necks in the hiring process by streamlining workflows, optimizing ATS usage and enhancing productivity
Skills and Qualification (Functional and Technical Skills)
In-depth knowledge of Niche Recruitment
A deep understanding of technical roles, skills and hiring challenges across engineering product, Non IT functions
Strategic Partnership Skills
Ability to work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to align on hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies and drive hiring outcomes
Technical Fluency
Familiarity with key technologies, programing languages, and frameworks to effectively evaluate technical talent.

A strong commitment to delivering a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process

Relationships Collaboration
