Job Description

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1-week WFO in a month) Level/Band: Senior Advisor Reports To: Business Support Team Supervisor / Assistant Manager Department: Reinsurance Servicing Division: GGB Reinsurance Office Location: Viman Nagar, Pune. Work Shift: 6.30am to 2.30pm & 2.30pm to 10.30pm

Role Overview

Gallagher

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze technical claims documentation/bordereaux for compliance.
Independently resolve client and reinsurer queries, escalating when necessary.
Understand contractual obligations and coverage details.
Manage workload effectively and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Review operational and financial reports; update comments timely.
Support renewal processes by providing accurate data.

Desired Skills & Competencies Knowledge:

Basic understanding of insurance/reinsurance industry (preferred).
Awareness of accounting fundamentals (debit/credit).
Working knowledge of computers and MS Office (Excel, Word).

Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication.
Analytical skills with attention to detail.

Abilities:

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Logical thinking and willingness to learn.

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidate should be a graduate from commerce background.
Should be flexible to rotational shifts.
