🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding UG/PG programs (MBA, PGDM, BBA, BCA, etc.).
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in students.
• Provide accurate information regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career pathways.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure efficient lead conversion.
• Coordinate with partner colleges for admissions, documentation, and seat updates.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM/Excel tools.
• Achieve monthly admission targets and support overall centre performance.
• Promote and facilitate student participation in StudyCups Education Fairs.

🔹 Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline (Education/Management background preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in student counselling, sales, or telecalling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business).
• Strong sense of responsibility and student-first approach.
