K.R. Mangalam University (KRMU) is looking for dynamic, motivated, and student-centric professionals to join our Admissions team at our Sohna Road, Gurugram campus.

The Role: Counsellor / Senior Counsellor

As the face of KRMU, you will guide prospective students and parents through our diverse range of programs—from Engineering and Law to Management and Medical Sciences & More. You’ll be the bridge between a student’s aspirations and their academic journey.

📍 Location: Sohna Road, Gurugram

🕒 Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to saturday) Alternate Saturdays Working (Timings subject to change based on university intake cycles)

💼 Experience: 1–5 years (Prior experience in Higher Education/EdTech preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Counseling: Engaging with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person to guide them through the enrollment process.

Lead Conversion: Managing a high volume of outreach (80-90+ calls/day) to meet enrollment targets.

Outreach & Events: Representing KRMU at school fairs, workshops, and education expos across Delhi/NCR and India.

Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with school principals, counselors, and external consultants.

CRM Management: Ensuring real-time data accuracy and follow-up tracking in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent Communicators: Fluent in English and Hindi with strong persuasive skills.

Goal-Oriented: A proactive mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Travel-Ready: Open to occasional travel for workshops and school fairs.
