Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and professionals on suitable courses, career options, and admission processes.
• Handle outbound calls, emails, and convert potential leads into successful admissions.
• Understand learner requirements and recommend appropriate programs.
• Provide complete information regarding eligibility, admission procedures, and fee structures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and professionals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM/Excel.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Work closely with international clients, particularly in the

  UK and US

  , for course and university coordination.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications
