Senior Admission Counsellor

The Senior Admission Counselor plays a vital role in recruiting, evaluating, and enrolling prospective students. This position leads strategic recruitment efforts, reviews applications, and serves as a primary point of contact for applicants and families. The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and relationship-building skills to support institutional enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies within assigned territories or populations.
• Provide guidance to prospective students and families on admissions, financial aid, and academic offerings.
• Plan and execute on-campus and virtual events such as open houses and admitted student days.
• Collaborate with academic departments and support offices to ensure a seamless admission process.
• Mentor junior admissions staff and student ambassadors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in college admissions or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
