Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admission Counsellor, located in Noida. The Senior Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information on various courses, and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents. Other daily tasks include communicating effectively with prospective students, conducting follow-ups, attending educational fairs, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance student outreach.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in Education or related fields
• Proficiency in handling administrative tasks related to student admissions
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
