Job Title / Designation : Senior Admission Counsellor

Location : Indore

Job Summary: Responsible for maximize profits (In terms of students admission) through developing sales strategies that match student’s requirements by promoting brand, services and focus on a very specific form of promotional marketing for Assigned Area / Territory.

Job Description :

Counseling and Guidance:

Provide detailed information about courses, programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and financial aid options.

Counsel students and parents to help them make informed decisions.

Address student inquiries via phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings.

Lead Management:

Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and online platforms.

Maintain a database of potential candidates and track their status in the admission funnel.

Admissions Process:

Assist students in completing admission applications and ensure all required documents are submitted.

Guide students through financial aid or scholarship application processes.

Coordinate and schedule entrance exams, interviews, or campus visits when required.

Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Foster a positive image of the institution during outreach efforts.

Event Participation:

Represent the institution at educational fairs, school visits, and open-house events.

Organize campus tours and orientation programs for potential students.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare daily/weekly reports on admissions activities and application progress.

Analyze trends in inquiries, applications, and enrollments to improve strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
