Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling and digital media. The ideal candidate will support our marketing and communications operations by designing creative graphics, managing social media content, capturing photos at university events, and assisting with website upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually appealing posters, flyers, banners, and other promotional materials for university events and campaigns.
• Manage and update the university’s social media channels by scheduling and posting engaging content.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos during university events and activities in real time.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts aligned with the university’s branding and communication strategy.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the university’s website, ensuring content is current and visually cohesive.
• Ensure all graphics and social media content adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Support other digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software.
• Basic photography skills with ability to capture and edit photos.
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and content scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.

Communication & Computer Proficiency: Strong command over Verbal communication and Excellence in reporting, MS Office, Software operation.

Working Time - 9:00 am to 4:00pm

Working Days - 6 Days Working (Mon-Sat)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
