Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management faculty member located in Gurgaon. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching courses, developing curriculum, conducting research, and mentoring students. They will also be expected to participate in departmental meetings, contribute to university service, and engage with industry partners to bring practical insights to the classroom.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Organizational Behavior and University Teaching
• Experience in Curriculum Development and conducting Research
• Knowledge of Marketing principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ph.D. in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Prior teaching experience at the university level is highly desirable
• Ability to engage with industry partners and bring practical insights into the classroom

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
