Management Faculty

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach core and elective courses in Finance & Accounts for PGDM students.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools.
• Guide students in projects, case studies, internships, and research work.
• Evaluate and monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and guest lectures to enhance learning.
• Stay updated with the latest industry and academic developments in Finance.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Master’s in Commerce (M.Com) with NET qualification (as per UGC norms).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in higher education.
• Specialization: Finance & Accounts.
• Strong subject knowledge in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Financial Management, and related areas.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Research orientation and ability to integrate industry practices into academics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,797.83 - ₹60,617.64 per month
