Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Management Faculty member. The Management Faculty will be responsible for teaching courses, developing curriculum, conducting research, and preparing students for careers in management. Day-to-day tasks include delivering lectures, creating educational materials, mentoring students, and engaging in academic marketing activities to promote the programs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in teaching Organizational Behavior and University Teaching experience
• Skills in Curriculum Development and Research
• Experience in Marketing within an academic context
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and engage students
• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the tech sector or familiarity with tech companies is a plus
