About the Role:

Senior Admin/HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and maintain all company records.
  • Coordinate with clients and developers for legal documentation, agreements, and payment schedules.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, especially for high-performing sales professionals.
  • Set and monitor monthly, weekly, and quarterly sales targets; track closures and revenue.
  • Manage payroll, revenue reports, and expense tracking.
  • Handle onboarding, training, appraisals, and employee relations, including hiring and separations.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years’ experience in

    real estate administration and HR

    (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of real estate agreements, payment plans, and legal processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and meet deadlines.

Compensation

  • ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Attractive performance bonus and incentives
