Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Handle General Ledger (GL) accounting, Reconciliations (R), and Record to Report (R2R) processes.
Assist in Month-End Close (MEC) activities and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prepare and review Balance Sheet (B/S) accounts and support cash flow analysis.
Maintain and update MIS reports and dashboards for internal and client reporting.
Ensure accuracy in accounting entries and compliance with internal controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as an Individual Contributor (IC) when required.
Communicate effectively with clients via email and calls, ensuring high service standards.
Support audits and provide necessary documentation and reconciliations.

Must haves:

Graduate with CA /ACCA qualification.
1+ years of relevant experience in accounting, R2R, or financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and financial statements.
Proficient in MS Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and data-crunching abilities.
Experience working in a hybrid model and willingness to work in UK shifts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

Qualified CA/ ACCA
