• 10+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance

• Proficiency in MS Office and Tally (or equivalent accounting software)

• Strong leadership, project management, and coordination skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams
