• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client issues and other challenges to deliver advantageous solutions.
• Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of account managers, especially in larger organizations.

Qualifications and skills

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com) is often preferred. An MBA/PGDM in any specialization may also be accepted.
• Experience: 10-20 years of experience in account management or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management software like SAP, Tally, and other financial systems.
