Senior Accounts Executive

Job Overview:
We are hiring a full-time Accountant with 2–3 years of accounting experience to join our growing team in Madurai. This role is ideal for candidates skilled in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, GST filing, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, tax compliance, and financial reporting. The selected candidate will handle day-to-day accounts, statutory compliance, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• GST Filing & Compliance – Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on schedule.
• Tally ERP Operations – Record sales, purchases, journal entries, and expenses.
• Bookkeeping – Maintain daily transaction records with accuracy.
• Bank Reconciliation – Match and reconcile bank statements regularly.
• Financial Reporting – Assist in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
• Tax Management – Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Professional Tax, LWF and other statutory regulations.
• Audit Assistance – Support internal, statutory, and tax audit processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with ROC filings, tax audits, and regulatory reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles.
• Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, GST filing, MS Excel.
• Knowledge: Understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST laws, TDS, and tax compliance.
• Education: B.Com, M.Com or equivalent in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, with good communication skills.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience)
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Saturday.
