Mig Welder/ Fitter/ Helper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our manufacturing team specializing in the production of industrial dust collectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on mild steel.
• Ensure proper alignment, measurement, and fit-up of parts before and after welding.
• Operate power tools, welding equipment, grinders, cutting machines, and other fabrication tools.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of welds to ensure quality and conformance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or material issues to the supervisor.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or Mechanical Engineering.

Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.

Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy components.
