Position: Sr. Accounts Payable Executive

About Us:
Rezmytrip is a leading company in the hospitality and travel sector, operating in both India and the UAE. We specialize in hotel bookings, transport services, and complete travel management solutions. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team at our Ahmedabad office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounts payable activities including invoice verification, posting, and payment processing.
• Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts on a regular basis.
• Ensure all payments are processed accurately and on time.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and vendor statement reconciliation.
• Support in GST, TDS, and other compliance-related entries.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
• Assist the Accounts Head and senior finance team in month-end closing and reporting.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable / General Accounting.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting entries.
• Good command over Excel and accounting software (Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates pursuing CA (Inter) or planning to do so will be considered a plus.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)
