Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent across corporate and plant locations. Implement succession planning for leadership and critical roles. Partner with external trainers and institutes for skill enhancement. Industrial Relations & Employee Engagement Manage labor relations, union negotiations, and dispute resolutions. Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory obligations. Address grievances and workforce concerns to maintain a harmonious work environment. HR Compliance & Statutory Regulations Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws (Factories Act, ESIC, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.). Manage audits, government inspections, and liaise with statutory authorities. Handle disciplinary actions and employee grievances efficiently. HR Technology & Analytics Oversee HRMS implementation for efficient workforce management. Utilize HR analytics for data-driven decision-making. Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve employee experience Preferred candidate profile Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. Experience: 12-18 years in HR leadership roles within FMCG or related industries. Skills: Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, negotiation, and compliance knowledge.
