Role & responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership Align HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational growth. Act as a key business partner to senior leadership for workforce planning. Develop and implement HR policies that enhance employee engagement and productivity. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent across corporate and plant locations. Implement succession planning for leadership and critical roles. Strengthen employer branding to position the company as a preferred employer. Performance Management & Organizational Development Drive KPI-based performance management frameworks. Conduct regular performance reviews and career development planning. Implement rewards and recognition programs to enhance motivation and retention. Training & Development Identify training needs across all levels, from plant workforce to senior leadership. Develop leadership development initiatives and technical training programs. Partner with external trainers and institutes for skill enhancement. Industrial Relations & Employee Engagement Manage labor relations, union negotiations, and dispute resolutions. Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory obligations. Address grievances and workforce concerns to maintain a harmonious work environment. HR Compliance & Statutory Regulations Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws (Factories Act, ESIC, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.). Manage audits, government inspections, and liaise with statutory authorities. Handle disciplinary actions and employee grievances efficiently. HR Technology & Analytics Oversee HRMS implementation for efficient workforce management. Utilize HR analytics for data-driven decision-making. Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve employee experience Preferred candidate profile Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. Experience: 12-18 years in HR leadership roles within FMCG or related industries. Skills: Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, negotiation, and compliance knowledge.
