Senior Accounts Executive

Position: Senior Accountant

Location: Derawal Nagar, Delhi
Experience: 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalization of Accounts:
• Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets and complete Books of Accounts.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Day-to-Day Accounting:
• Manage purchase, bank, and expense entries.
• Verify sales and purchase bills and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Working Capital Management:
• Monitor and manage the company’s working capital.
• Ensure timely collection of debtors and payments to vendors.
• GST & Taxation:
• Handle complete GST filings, reconciliations, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with the company’s Chartered Accountant for audits and submissions.
• Manage TDS, TCS, and TAN-related compliance.
• Banking & Reconciliations:
• Maintain personal and company banking records in Tally.
• Handle day-to-day banking operations and reconciliations.
• Supervise account clearance and related documentation.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure correctness of all figures.
• Monitor and reconcile e-commerce transactions (Amazon, etc.).
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all financial data.
• Year-End Activities:
• Set up necessary accounting structures for the new financial year.
• Finalize books at year-end and prepare billing formats for the upcoming year.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,704.59 - ₹32,051.05 per month
