Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accounts and Finance Manager located in Hyderabad. The Senior Accounts and Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, managing the accounting team, preparing financial reports, conducting financial analysis, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing strategies for financial growth. The role involves budget planning, auditing, and implementing financial controls to optimize company performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial operations, accounting, and team management
• Skills in financial reporting and analysis
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance and auditing
• Strong budget planning and financial control skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
