**Job Description:** As a Tax Manager at the company, your role involves developing and implementing the company's global tax strategy to optimize tax efficiency and minimize tax liabilities. You will need to stay current with changes in international tax laws and regulations, assess their impact on the company's operations, and ensure compliance with all applicable international tax regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing transfer pricing policies and documentation to ensure compliance with international transfer pricing regulations. - Identifying and assessing tax risks, developing strategies to mitigate them, and providing guidance on tax-related issues to senior management and other stakeholders. - Working closely with other departments to ensure alignment of tax strategies with overall business objectives. - Managing relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities. - Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment. - Applying strategic and analytical thinking skills to develop and implement effective tax strategies. - Effectively conveying complex tax concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Resolving tax-related issues in a timely and effective manner. - Adapting to changing tax laws and regulations in a dynamic environment. - Managing multiple priorities and projects with deadlines. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree; CPA preferred or equivalent. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax management, with a focus on international tax. - In-depth knowledge of international tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards. - Proficiency in tax software and financial systems. - Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. **Additional Company Details:** The company is committed to creating an inclusive environment where individuals are valued for their talents and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
