As a Sr. Financial Analyst in the Finance Integration Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial and operational integration of acquired businesses. Your responsibilities will include: - Assist in developing financial integration plans in collaboration with Corporate Development, Finance, and Operations. - Help align acquired entity's financial systems, processes, and reporting with company standards. - Track and report integration budgets, expenses, and financial milestones. - Quantify, track, and report on expected cost savings and revenue synergies. - Create and maintain dashboards and reports for integration KPIs. - Work with business units to ensure realization of synergy targets post-acquisition. - Support the preparation of post-acquisition financial forecasts and long-range plans. - Provide variance analysis between actual results and integration projections. - Partner with functions such as HR, IT, Legal, and Operations to understand and model the financial impact of integration decisions. - Support ERP and financial system integration or alignment between parent and acquired entities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred). - 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, M&A integration, or consulting. - Strong knowledge of financial modeling, reporting, and variance analysis. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems. - Experience with M&A or large-scale organizational change projects is a plus. - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
